AURA: A Digital Exhibition Launching October 10, 2025
For immediate release
This October, AURA opens its virtual doors with an ambitious new exhibition that redefines what it means to experience moving image art. Launching on 10 October 2025, the gallery introduces an immersive collection of digital works by Sarnia de la Maré FRSA, presented across film, sound, and word.
Visitors to AURA will encounter digital loops, wide-angle cinematic presentations, and soundscapes that bend the line between gallery and landscape. These works will not simply be watched but experienced—encountered in shifting environments that connect technology with the elemental world. From wild autumnal clearings to unexpected interior architectures, AURA stages art as a sensory meeting point between the digital and the organic.
At the heart of the exhibition is a fascination with immersion. Moving image sequences pulse and repeat like living organisms, while music and written word pieces extend into physical and imagined spaces. By rethinking the frame of the screen, the exhibition asks audiences to reconsider where art begins and where it ends.
Every piece is both traditional and futuristic: wide-angle film formats sit alongside text works planted in natural spaces; sound compositions converse with moving images. The result is a gallery experience that feels cinematic, musical, and poetic all at once.
AURA will also run as a permanent online gallery, allowing international audiences to encounter new works as they evolve. The October exhibition marks the first in a cycle of seasonal showcases, with Gilded Muse—a sister project of gilded fine art sculpture—following in November.
